By purchasing any service or subscription on Predictor360.ai, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Activation
Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to the digital tools, insights, and features they have subscribed to. Since our services are delivered online, no physical product or shipment is involved. Users can access their active subscriptions or features through their registered Predictor360.ai account dashboard.
Cancellation Policy
Because our services are digital and accessible instantly, cancellations are generally not permitted once a transaction is completed. However, users can request cancellation in exceptional cases — such as duplicate payments or technical errors — by contacting our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the Nebliu Digiminds LLP support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations: - Duplicate or accidental transactions made for the same service. - Technical issues causing non-activation of paid features. - Payment debited but service access not granted within 24 hours. Refunds are not applicable if: - You have already accessed or used the purchased digital features. - You are dissatisfied based on subjective preferences (e.g., performance, results, accuracy). - You violated Predictor360.ai’s Terms of Service or attempted misuse.
Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund request is approved after internal verification: - The refund will be initiated to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). - Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval. - You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please note: Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment gateway’s processing timelines.

Dispute Resolution
